Product Packaging

We ensure that you get your furniture absolutely safe and scratch-free. We pack your furniture in 5 layer packaging material.

We pack furniture using following procedure.

  • Furniture can be in single piece or in parts. So Furniture parts are numbered for assembly and packed individually. 
  • First the Furniture is covered in bubblewrap followed by hitlon thick foam, then a dry grass and nylon wrap packaging is done.
  • Then Hardboard 10mm ply box is made, which is then stuffed with paper scrape and thermocol sheet is kept on all sides, finally iron / plastic striping is done on it. Finally Name and address is written on this wooden box.

For Re-assembling of products follow the following steps.
Match and Join the parts of the Furniture with its coding numbers given as 1, 2, 3 etc.


Shipping Policy

We Ship & deliver your products through following modes:

1. We use BlueDart, DHL & FEDEX and other leading companies for air shipping. The lead time for delivery by Air Courier is 1-2 working weeks.

2. We used renowned carriers like Mersk, TNT and other leading companies for sea shipping. The lead time for delivery by Sea Shipment is 6-7 working weeks.

For customers in Countries wherever C&C is providing door delivery

C. C&C will be responsible for delivery of your order to your address outside your premises, on the ground. Once you have inspected the goods on the ground and accepted the delivery, C&C responsibility and promise of Safe delivery of your order ends right there.

D. You agree to make your own arrangements for smooth carriage of goods from outside your apartment / House or complex to your doorstep irrespective of the floor your may reside / or want to place Goods ordered. C&C will not be responsible and liable for any damage to goods during such a transfer /movement.

E. C&C does not take any responsibility whatsoever at the time of delivery on the ground that access to your desired location is not possible (e.g. doorway too small, insufficient space to manoeuvre the furniture through the premises, road inaccessible to delivery van, etc.). Before ordering, you are under an obligation to ensure that there is adequate room to take your purchased furniture through any doorways and windows of your premises, taking note of any restricted passageways, stairs and awkward turns.

For customers in Countries where C&C is delivering up to your country Port’s Customware house i.e CIF delivery

F. C&C will be responsible for delivery up to your destination nearest port. In doing so, C&C is responsible for paying for marine Insurance and Sea Shipping cost.

G. Once the goods reach your destination, you agree pay for import duties, VAT / taxes, custom charges, clearances, cost of custom ware house days, local handling and transportation. C&C will not be responsible and liable for any of these.

H. C&C would email-update you each and every step from our side work in progress pictures & the details like Tracking Number etc so that you can track your goods on regular basis.

For customers in Countries where C&C is providing up to Ship/air delivery i.e FOB delivery

F. C&C will be responsible for delivery upto your designated Shipping carrier.

G. Once the goods are on carrier, you agree pay for Sea Freight, Marine Insurance, import duties, VAT / taxes, custom charges, clearances, cost of customeware house days, local handling and inland transportation.
